Duvaryne LLP ("we", "us") values your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you visit this website or engage us, why we collect it, and what you can require us to do about it. By using this website you consent to the practices described below.
1. What we collect #
Information you give us. When you submit the contact form or book a call, we collect your name, work email address, company name, your message, and an optional budget band. We collect nothing else, and none of these fields is inferred or enriched from third-party data brokers.
Information collected automatically. We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, which are cookieless. They record aggregate page views and performance timings. They do not set cookies, do not fingerprint your device, and do not build a cross-site profile of you. This is why you are not seeing a consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.
Spam protection. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which performs a privacy-preserving check that you are not an automated script. Cloudflare processes your IP address for this purpose. Turnstile does not track users across sites.
We do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or any marketing tracker.
2. How we use it #
- To reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a scope and quotation.
- To provide and support services you have engaged us for.
- To understand, in aggregate, which pages of this site are useful.
- To send you email you have explicitly asked to receive. We do not add enquirers to a marketing list. If we ever do send periodic email, it will carry a working unsubscribe link.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Ever.
3. Who else sees it #
We share information only with the processors required to operate this site and respond to you:
- Vercel — hosting and cookieless analytics.
- Resend — delivery of contact-form submissions to our inbox.
- Cloudflare — Turnstile spam protection.
- Calendly — only if you choose to book a call; you provide your details to Calendly directly.
- Titan — our email provider, which carries our correspondence with you.
Each is contractually bound to confidentiality and processes data only on our instructions. We may also disclose information where we are legally required to.
4. Where it is stored and for how long #
Contact-form submissions arrive in our email and are retained for as long as there is an active or prospective engagement, and thereafter for as long as we are required to keep business records. Aggregate analytics carry no personal identifiers and are retained by Vercel on their standard schedule.
5. Your rights #
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and equivalent rights available to visitors in other jurisdictions, you may:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct or update anything inaccurate.
- Request erasure, subject to any legal retention obligation.
- Withdraw consent, and opt out of any communication at any time.
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf.
Write to hello@duvaryne.com and we will respond within thirty days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
6. Security #
Data is transmitted over TLS and stored in access-controlled systems. Secrets are held in managed secret stores, never in files or source control. No system is perfectly secure, but we apply the same controls to our own infrastructure that we implement for clients.
7. Third-party links #
This site links to third-party websites, including AWS documentation, Calendly and our own social profiles. Those sites have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for their practices. We encourage you to read them.
8. Children #
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
9. Changes #
We may update this policy. Changes appear on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes affecting how we use data you have already given us will be notified by email where we hold an address for you.
